Report questions and corrections
If a report appears to identify the wrong vehicle or contains a detail you believe is incorrect, tell us the report date, registration mark, and the field in question. We can review information shown by connected sources, but cannot verify checks for providers that are not connected. See how to read report statuses before treating an unavailable or unchecked field as a result.
Payments and refunds
For a duplicate payment, a report that was not generated, or a refund request, include the approximate transaction date and amount. Do not include card numbers or security codes. Read the refund policy for the process and applicable rights.
Privacy requests
Use the same support address for privacy questions and requests about personal information. We may ask for information needed to verify the account before acting. See our Privacy Policy for details on data use and rights.
